Ms Sakshi Parashar help us in services services were amazing staff is highly professional premises are up to the mark all over 10 on 10 restaurants everything is amazing Mr Sunil is amazing rooms are clean washrooms are top notch perfect hotel

Great hotel, bank in the middle of the great city ! Everything was great bar one thing the bloody internet !!! Never seemed to be able to work, managers tried everything they could do but was intermittent. Other than that food great, location great, people great !

We booked multiple rooms and had multiple planned meals in a banquet hall for our Son’s wedding with big reception on third day. Arrangements were top notch for all three days . Food was excellent, not greasy at all. Manager Vivek was super helpful and helped us from beginning till end.Guest were very happy.All of us had a wonderful time together and made many happy memories.

So we first stayed here in October 22 , due to location , staff really friendly and welcoming, so we booked again for March 24 with family this time, staff remembered us and greeted us like we were family , Kamal the resturant manager was great the first time and this time was also great , he treats all his guests like family and is very attentive to your needs, always smiling and Priya at the restaurant always smiling and very to talk to , got us the best chai in the morning to start our day off. In the bar Banty, remembered us from last time and was always pleasant and would offer advise on what to eat and drink, will be coming back in October. Guys you make guests like me to come back again and again. To the rooms, very clean and spacious, cleaned everyday. Only one issue we’ve had is the WiFi not always working!
